Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Eliahu Anavim LTD, company number 514738244, Kibbutz Galuyot 45, Shachar, Israel ("we", "us"), for use of the Farmagement Harvest app ("the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.
1. The service
The app lets farm managers create harvest orders and share them with team leaders, and lets both follow the order's progress. It is a business tool for use in agricultural work.
2. Accounts
- A farm manager creates the farm account and invites team leaders. The farm manager is responsible for the people they invite and the information they share.
- Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- The farm manager pays for the farm's subscription through Google Play. Team leaders use the app under that subscription at no charge.
- Two monthly plans are offered: a season plan with full features, and a lower-priced off-season plan. Current prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy.
- On the off-season plan, past orders and data remain available, but new orders can't be created and team leaders can't sign in.
- A switch to the off-season plan takes effect at your next renewal date. A switch back to the season plan takes effect immediately, at the season price from your next renewal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
- We may change prices. You will be notified in advance through Google Play, and a new price applies only from a renewal after the notice.
4. Your content
Orders, photos and voice recordings you add remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you and your team. You are responsible for having the right to upload that content, including consent from anyone recognisable in photos or recordings.
Photos and voice recordings are deleted automatically 90 days after they are added. Save a copy elsewhere if you need to keep one longer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to upload offensive or harmful material, to try to access other farms' data, or to interfere with how the service works. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability
We work to keep the app running reliably, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update or change features over time. If we ever stop the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost crops, lost sales or lost profits, arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
