Delete your Farmagement Harvest account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
Option 1: In the app
- Open Farmagement Harvest and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
If you can't open the app, email support@farmagement.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, so we can confirm it's you.
Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not stop Google Play from charging you. Cancel first in the Google Play app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Farmagement Harvest → Cancel.
What gets deleted
| Account type | What is deleted |
|---|---|
| Farm manager | Your account, the farm, its team leader accounts, all orders, photos and voice recordings |
| Team leader | Your account and personal details. Orders you worked on stay with the farm, without your name. |
Deletion is completed within 30 days and can't be undone.
What we keep
- Billing records that tax and accounting law requires us to keep, usually up to 7 years.
- Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within a short period.
To delete only some data, such as particular photos or recordings, without closing your account, email us at the same address.
